Refund policy

At KAKi, every case is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We only offer replacements or refunds in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing or manufacturing issue, please email us at shopkakicases@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

•⁠  ⁠Your order number
•⁠  ⁠Clear photos of the item and packaging
•⁠  ⁠A brief description of the issue

Our production team will review your claim. If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Model Ordered

Please double check your phone model before completing your purchase. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for orders placed with the wrong device model.

Color and Design Variations

Due to differences in screen displays and the made-to-order printing process, slight variations in color or placement may occur. These are not considered defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
